How Do You Upload Photos

We have some photos of the resort from an August Trip, but don't know how to upload. Also have a pic of Mia but not sure if I should upload without her permission. Appreciate any help.

Posting pictures here on the forum is a little tricky at first because there are no clear instructions. But basically:
First you have to use an interest photo sharing site to store the pictures
(something like photobucket or flickr). If you don't currently use one of these sites, you can easily sign up and they are free. You upload the pictures from your computer to the sharing site (you can keep the pictures private). All the pictures you see here on the forum are actually stored somewhere else and only the http address is listed here.
Anyway, once you have the pictures on an internet site you just click on a picture, then right click on it to get "properties". In properties highlight and copy the http address ending in .jpg
Then come here to the forum and start your topic or your reply. Above the message body you are creating are several little boxes, one of which is "Img". That is the image button. so when you want to insert the picture in your message, click the "Img" button, then paste the http address you had copied from the picture, then click the "Img" button again. Your picture (actually it's address) will have been inserted and will apear when people read your post.

p.s.-It is not necessary to get permission from Mia and the other "public" people at Desire before posting their pictures.

Thanks for the info. Will try later today to upload. Also thank you for the live updates from your recent trip. Enjoyed them. Still no hints on the B-day surprise??
