I was wondering if there has been a change in Guest Services. I have dealt with Fabiola for the past several years in the weeks prior to our groups (Refugees in Paradise) arrival. I am getting no response to my email. Any contact suggestions?

Fabiola is still the Guest Service Manager, she was made aware of this inquiry, hopefully you will see a response soon.

I for one am very sad to hear Fabiola is still there. We had not seen her on the past couple of trips and hoped she had moved on. For her to be the manager of "services" is an absolute joke. She was a total bitch to us on the one occasion we had any dealings with her. I found it hard to believe it was just her having a bad day. And if so, she should have stayed home.

Thank you for your reply. We have always enjoyed working with Fabiola and she has always taken great care of our concerns.
