Wine/Mixers

We've been to Desire before and didn't really know what to expect as far as wine/mixers. Does anyone know if they have a problem with couples bringing their own wine and liquor onto the premises? Also, I'm a HUGE fan of Rum and Coke. They serve Pepsi and being the snob that I am, it's just not the same with Pepsi. I want to bring my own case of coke as well. We're heading to Desire from Playa where we'll spend a few days before hand and want to grab some upgrades on the way there. Is that cool you think?

There are no restrictions at all on bringing in drinks or mixers of any kind. After all, it's an all inclusive. Whatever you bring in yourself just saves them money.

When we were there in August, our mini bar was stocked with real coke and diet coke not pepsi.

That is great to hear! Thanks for the answers. Appleton just isn't the same without coke. One less thing to worry about.

A couple of weeks before we went the last time, we asked for a case of Canada Dry Ginger to mix with Brandy and they got it in for us.
Why not ask for some of what you want?
They might say no but they might do it for you.
