While we've seen many things posted about using the airport transfer, was just wondering how far in advanced can you book the transfer? Can it be done months in advanced or only a couple weeks in advanced?

No issue with booking in advance but we usually wait till about a month out in case our flight times change.

We book when we do our flights (months out). If flights change, a quick email to them and all is changed.

Did anyone else get this email? We were curious because each year, when we visit Desire, the resort automatically books our airport transfer service for us for an extra $100. I guess Desire is using a different transfer company now?

Just book with USA Transfers. You'll get a better price, excellent service, and you get to support the forums financially at the same time. $100 for a normal airport transfer sounds like highway robbery to me.

We have used USA Transfer on all of our trips, with the possible exception being on our first trip. We highly recommend USA Transfer and won't use any other service. We also book the transfer through the link on this forum.
