Has anyone had the passion suite in DRM and was it worth the price?

We have never been, however we booked the passion suite for June. We thought if we entertained any guests, the extra space might be nice

Yeah we got one booked for may. Can’t wait to see the room hope it’s worth it. I heard we share the Balcony with 3 other guests.

Yes, we also saw we share the balcony, but that's all good, should make for some interesting nights out side with friends. We are also excited about the in room jacuzzi !!!

There is a private wading pool that connects all 4 of the suites. Usually someone is throwing a joint party every evening in the suites in the pool. Each room is stocked ever day with about 25 bottles of premium alcohol. They are great rooms for entertaining and throwing private parties.

I think you may have that confused with the desire suite but I hope you’re right.

FYI - The private pool is only for the Desire Suites not the Passion Suites - sorry

On our first two trips May and Aug of 2016 we stayed in the Passion Suites. You won't be disappointed. The Hot tub in the room is big enough for 4, but the only down side is it has to be filled before hand and it takes close to an hour. No heater either so you can't fill it and leave it. I would think you will have a butler since you are staying in the passion suite, we did on both of our stays before becoming members. It should be Raphael or Jorge depending on their shifts, they will take care of everything you need. Let them know what time you want it filled and they will take care of it. I believe they usually get off at 11:00pm.
The room is not bad either, but it is Mexico. We loved having breakfast on the patio in the mornings. Mornings for us start around 11:00am when we are at Desire so I guess you could call it brunch. Either way it is nice siting on the patio having your breakfast and enjoying the view. We now stay in the Desire Suites/Villas and I miss having the, but there are many other perks to the Villas.

If you are looking to party at the Villas, keep an eye out for the couples with the pink bracelets. There isn't one every night, but they do happen often.

Both the Passion and Desire suites have assigned beach beds.
