Can't Get Response From Resort

Been trying to contact the resort through the website, but no response. Anyone else having this issue?

I've sent them 2 messages about 2 different things and have never heard back.

Same here - I have contacted them twice via email, and also via their chat line to get information on Vegetarian dining options - at the suggestion of CokeMann. No follow up response to address this issue. It is a bit disconcerting that it should be so - as a first time guest at Desire Pearl (May 23-30th) I wanted to make sure that there were no unpleasant surprises after check in. My wife is a vegetarian and also allergic to mushrooms.

Yeah. I'm getting pretty frustrated at trying to contact them. I'm actually trying to extend our stay but can't get any kind of response.

reserv@desireresorts.com is the valid email addy for reservations
For anything to do with your reservation, my recommendation would be to just telephone them directly = Toll Free USA/CAN: 1-888-211-3241
Just a FYI - there is no one there(reservations) on weekends for email or telephone
