We will use express check in and will request 3-4 room options and are staying in ocean view. My question is, what are some of the better rooms to request in the OV section? We'll spend more time at pool than beach but will probably hit the beach some each morning. And, are those rooms better upstairs or down? I've been to 25+ Mexican and Caribbean resorts and every resort has better and worse rooms. This will be our first trip to DRM and would like to make an informed request. All help is appreciated.

we stayed in 2210. Bottom floor, clean view of the sunrise each morning, and it was maybe 10 steps to the beach. On the quieter end of the resort but it was a good room for us.

We were in 2514 and will be requesting the same in Oct.
