My wife is a very picky eater. She prefers her food to be unseasoned. Will she be able to order unseasoned steaks, chicken, fries, etc...

They do a great job of accommodating requests, this one seems fairly straight forward so I don't think it'll be an issue.
Just tell them what you want and they'll take care of you!

Absolutely - they accommodated my wife as does not like seasonings or anything that covers up the flavor of the meat and natural juices
