I don't see it on the description of the theme nights on the resort's website, but I am still hopeful it takes place. I see a poll about that night on this forum, but that may have been based on memories of years past. When my wife & I first visited Desire (in 2008), we were too chicken to enter and we would like another chance. On the first day of our second visit (in 2009) we were having sex in broad daylight by the Jacuzzi beds (not on the beds ... but standing by the beds). I think we are ready for the "Best Sex Scene" contest. In 2008, only one couple entered the contest ... so they won ... and they didn't even take off their clothes.

On our last visit 6 weeks ago, they did it on Superhero night.....

Hi Hump - as Powderfinger noted they do this on Superhero night for now. They also have a "hottest kiss" contest on Friday nights that can get very sensual and erotic.

If I read it correctly on the Desire site, it looks like it takes place on Monday nights.

Don't know what they say on the resort website, Miranda, but, as sensualcnds also said, they've been doing that contest on Sundays during superhero night.....

Hmm, well who knows? Maybe it happens on a couple of nights, depending on the crowd. And we all know how things can get "lost in translation".

try not to count on the weather reports,7times that we were there all the weather web sites showed rain,when they say rain there is a slim chance of it,unless a storm is coming in,last week we were there,the pool was swimable one day,the rest of the days it was pretty cold,and empty,but the high's for the week were only in the low 80's,when it is hotter 90's say,alot more people use the pool,this is why we like to go in Aug.

hmmmm.....so much for them now heating the pool.....

Miranda ... thanks for the link, but I didn't see anything about the Best Sex Scene contest. Anyway, I hope we get a chance to participate ... I'd like to try this Preying Mantis maneuver that we have been practicing and see if the crowd likes it enough for us to get the win.

I agree that they don't really advertise "The Best Sex Scene" in those words but as I said, it all depends on your "translation".

Hump, we haven't seen anyone completely "go for it" on any of our previous three trips, but we have heard from others who have seen it!

On our first trip in May of '08, There was an L,T & T group takeover happening and there were 6 or 7 couples competing in the contest that just wouldn't be outdone. Every couple got more and more hardcore until the last couple just came out and made us feel like we were on the set from a gangbang porn shoot. Wow !!

And then there was last June........ Only 2 couples participated and that was only by crowd encouragment. There was no nudity and seemed rather boring actually.

Just goes to show you how things can vary greatly from week to week, and trip to trip.
