Are sleeveless or tank tops allowed (for men) during breakfast & lunch? I know it's not allowed for dinner. I did search on the search bar, but didn't see anything pertaining to breakfast or lunch.

Pretty sure I've worn tank tops to lunch to the outside area at least, for breakfast, can't remember not really awake enough to log those details

Yes, wear what you are comfortable with as it's a lot more casual than dinner. I frequently go to breakfast after a gym workout while Jojo is still sleeping or waking up. We typically wear a cover up or sarong and some sort of top for lunch since we are usually coming from the pool for a quick bite. Shoes are required so we both slip on some sandals.
