Any thoughts on best month to visit as we are looking to book soon. Also, what is the best way to book for pricing. Thanks in advance!

Mexico in general, is always great. We stayed at other resorts in the area and enjoyed the weather in early May and also late July. We stayed at Desire last year late June/early July. All were great. Obviously hurricane season is a bit of a gamble.

As for price on booking, a lot of the travel sites have deals when you're booking flight and hotel together, that's how we did it our first time to Desire. We used travelocity. We now are using points to cover our flight, and will book the resort from wherever we can find a deal. We keep checking all the travel sites for prices almost daily.
