Just booked our first trip. Do theme nights apply to dinner or just the club after dinner?

Themes are generally for after dinner, but sometimes the theme-wear fits nicely into dinner as well. "Latin night" is a good example. It's about comfort and practicality.

Wearing hazard tape for 'anything but clothes' at Suki could be a tough gig...

Well.. not to pile on but Latin night sorta sux... but oh well.

Famous movie couples could be fun..

Han & Leia in the gold bikini
Forest and Jenny (Jenny was a slut)
Rocky and Adrian ...but you'd have to go as alternate universe Adrian where she dressed sexy
Prince Charming and slutty Cinderella
Cleopatra and Marc Antony
The Joker and Harley Quinn
Squints and the hot lifeguard in white sunglasses from The Sandlot
Tarzan and Jane
Fred and Wilma... and if you have a couple friend... Barney and Betty.. let's face it, you know they were the original stone age swingers!
Peter Pan and pole dancing Wendy
The Wolf and Little Red Riding Hood
Ken and Barbie
Popcorn and coke

We’re OK with the new themes. The great thing about Pearl is that anyone can get as involved in the activities to whatever comfort level they choose. We are at Pearl for a full week so we catch every theme night. We like the theme nights that don’t require a change of clothes after dinner. We really like getting dressed up for dinner in classy but sexier clothing than normal, then enjoying the lobby show and the disco without running back to the room to change. We think it’s awesome when others get totally into the whole costume thing, it really adds to the fun, but aside from a lingerie theme, none of the other themes are compelling enough to us to change into a full costume.

We were just discussing the Gods/Goddess night and my wife has a hot white dress and gladiator heels that she can wear to dinner then to the club. I’ll just wear all white with a Roman print Versace style shirt. Latin night is easy for dinner/ club clothes too. Neon night is easy. The Masquerade night should be hot and might require a clothing change. We talked about a Pretty Woman theme for the Hollywood night but there’s NO WAY I’m packing a tux for Mexico! We may just pass on getting into this theme and just enjoy the scenery. Desireland burlesque night should be easy and sexy too. We’re really excited to get there in March.

Looking forward to the new themes. Great the way it folds into the role play for the night. Master and Mistress is going to be a hard play night...

Hey everybody. As we come for the first time, we are struggling little bit of men’s glow night attire. Any suggestions? We have some glow sticks, bracelets, body paint and we can use our imagination :) can’t wait to see you all :)

If all else fails, just wear all white with some glow sticks. White really pops under the black lights

Our first rip is a few weeks away. An outfit the Mrs. is planning on wearing for one of the nights leaves both of her breast exposed. Is this allowed in the disco and nighty entertainment or do we need to pick something else out?

Yes - that is perfectly acceptable and something we have seen/done before.

Honestly.... there really isn't a "too much"
We were just there in April and we thought a couple of our outfits would be 'over-the-top' and we were wrong... everyone fits right in... (other than the fully clothed wallflowers, and they're cool too ;) )

My lady has a corset that exposes her beautiful breasts and nipples. His is my favorite outfit that she has worn at Desire. It is also very convenient for me. The rear view is inspiring and she always receives compliments from both men and women.

Only your wife knows what enough but not too much means for her. For dinner, you will see women with nice dinner dresses all the way up to very revealing club-wear. I'd say most women, but certainly not all, are wearing outfits that you would not see in a restaurant back home or if you did, it would be considered quite daring. At Desire, it's normal.

For the disco, it goes up from there to anything you can think of. Note that you will still see some women in relatively "tame" dresses that you would see at any nightclub back home so if that's her limit, there's nothing wrong with that. It's perfectly fine to go conservative to get a feel for what others are wearing and either go back to the room to change if you want, file it away for the next night, or stay where you are. Everyone has their own comfort level so don't sweat it.

General advice is to take some stuff that you don't think you would ever wear. You might surprise yourself/herself.
