Thanks in advance for your help. We will be at DRM in two weeks and trying to figure out best room location. Any suggestions our room #’s to avoid for Garden View?

I don’t know if there’s a bad one. We had 1701 and we were very happy. We were right next door to the spa and in the other direction we had the bar a few steps away (but far enough noise was never a problem). Can’t imagine a bad room in the lot.

I agree. The lobby bar is the hub-bub of activity every night.

On one of our early trips, we had a garden view room that looked out over the driveway coming into the resort. It was actually under the rooftop lounge but facing away from the ocean. I think there may be three or four such rooms. I would avoid those. The ones on the front of that building are not bad, but some once were considered ocean view. look at the online map to determine whether they are now. Lots of traffic and obviously music.

We stayed in a room right next to the pool. It was loud during the day, but we loved it. We actually requested the same room for our next trip! It was very convenient when we wanted to eat, because the food was right there. Plus, we were only steps away from our own bathroom when we were at the pool during the day.

The garden view jacuzzi rooms are excellent. We always stay there if we can. It's right by the pool, within stumbling distance of the hot tub and near the disco. A great base of operations.
