Through conversation, breathing, relaxation, observation, conscious touch and therapeutic tantric massage, I will guide you into discovering another way of connecting with your own body and with your partner.

How to become more present.
How to listen to the body instead of rushing it.
How to give — and how to receive.
How to touch with intention.
And how soft, gentle and slow can sometimes awaken sensations, connection and intimacy that routine has quietly pushed into the background.
This isn't about how often you are intimate.
It is about the quality of the time you give each other.

Without phones.
