4th of July Week Groups/Events at Desire RM??

We're booked to arrive at RM from July 1-6 after 4 nights at Pearl. Just wondering if anyone knows what to expect at RM for this 4th of July week? We've heard of a takeover or a couple of groups perhaps and the Desire website is also advertising an Independence Day celebration event from July 3-6. Wondering if anyone has experienced this week before and is familiar with whatever groups and events we may encounter at this time? Thanks for any info.

We see dreampleasure tours advertising an annual 4th of July group trip to RM from Jun 28 to Jul 5. Anyone know much about this group or anything else that is happening during this week? Also looks like the Texas Players Club also travel during this week, but their website says they are going to Hedo this year. We have been told that it's a very popular week at Desire, but there's little posted about groups or events here in the forum.

We've also recently heard from a few people who will be at RM during the first week of July with the "Gen-X" group, but like the 4th of July group we haven't been able to find out much about this group or if they are planning any changes to the themes. If anyone is travelling with this group and can provide some info on what to expect during this week, we'd love to hear from you.

The Gen X group was there last year also. They were about 10-15 couples who mostly stayed to themselves. The ridiculous thing about them was that all them men kept on bathing suits the whole time and woman were only toplesss
