Barbara and I, and several other Ynot's couples, will be joining the Swingset crew at Desire RM in November.
Since we are taking a hiatus from our usual Ynot's September trip this year we decided to try and find another big and fun
group to travel with. From everything we hear, LSS is exactly that- a big group with 70 rooms, and with a big variety
of people from all over who like to have fun ! We have never been at Desire in November but we hear the weather is great,
and we are really looking forward to a new experience.
The good news for any of you out there who may be looking to join us/the group is that the early booking discount
on Deluxe GV rooms has been extended by Desire until June 2nd- that is a 15% savings.

We will be there as well, our 3rd trip with this group. It is an excellent group to travel with. Lots of fun stuff going on. Can't wait!

This will be our third trip with the swingset as well. It is a great group!

This is our first trip with this group - second trip with any group - period. We are looking forward to new and exciting experiences!

As of two or three weeks ago they were sold out- but there are usually some late cancellations so it never hurts to check. If you are interested
contact Char at Char travel. Since she has control of the 70 group rooms she would be your best bet to come up with something.

Does this group 'follow' the resort theme nights, do they have their own and how inclusive are they if one is not part of the group but just happen to be there during the same time frame?

The Life on the Swingset group is following the Desire themes and did not identify their own. The group has about 70 couples and during our two past trips with them we found them to be very inclusive. I believe a good amount of people dress for the themes too. They do plan events during the day for group attendees that are limited to those folks, but everyone has been super nice in our experience.

We plan for many themes but bring sexy stuff in case we dont want to dress for a particular night. Whether we dress in theme or not we will have fun, sexy times!

Thanks for posting this.... we have made reservations for the same timeline in 2015 and are excited to attend. On the special events page, it looks like nothing is occurring during this time frame. Will your group be going in 2015 so we can experience others?

The Life on the Swingset Group will be back during the same timeframe in 2015. I am sure you can find the information if you look them up. The travel agent is Char Travel.

How is the weather during this time frame? Should we bring warmer clothes / bug spray / umbrellas?

We where on this trip and I really enjoy the weather during the "shoulder" months of Nov and May - weather is hot(usually low 80's) thru the days but not the excessive heat/humidity of the summer months, evenings are pleasant(usually mid 70's) - these time periods are not usually rainy, but like anywhere in the Caribbean you may encounter the typical 20min rain that just happens and then clears up. Bugs can be an issue anytime(usually at sunset/sunrise and after dark) depending on if it has rained recently or there is very little breeze - if you plan on sitting around in the lobby after dark it's wise to give your legs/ankles a shot of bug spray before you leave your room for the evening
