Hello everyone, we are Gabriela and Alfredo, this is our first trip report for March 2024 in DRM.
Preparation before traveling: We spent months trying on and buying clothes for all the theme nights, we went to all of them since we booked 7 days. The anxiety was tremendous, we didn't know if it was too much or too little, so we ended up opting for the least and sexiest clothing possible since our idea was to have as much fun as possible. We both participated with very hot outfits depending on the theme and every night.

The day has arrived !!!!
Cancun Airport : We arrived at the airport on a Sunday at 6 AM and it took us almost 2 hours to check in. 4 flights arrived together and only three employees doing the entry, customs was fast thanks to the green entry light, if you got the red light they made you open all the luggage.
Transfer: Everything was perfect, the Transfer (Turismo mundial) was waiting for us with a sign with our name, arrival at the Hotel was very quick, approximately 25 minutes.

Check -in: Everything was also perfect and fast, we arrived at the DRM around 9 AM and just by proving our identity they checked our reservation (we had a voucher that the Tourist Agency that we hired provided us with) there they made us sign an agreement accepting the rules of the Resort They put our yellow bands on us and explained to us that in the afternoon (3 PM) they would give us our room.
After check -in, a sales agent attended us in the lobby bar with a few glasses of sparkling wine where he explained the rules of the resort (what you can do and what you can't, where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner) they gave us a map and a copy of the theme nights and we coordinated to have the sales interview for Thursday morning (something we never did nor did they come looking for us to do it). There at the bar we saw the first nudes arriving at the pool ( wow ) it was very exciting and we suddenly felt what we were entering into.
After that, they invited us to go to the locker room to change clothes, there we put on sunscreen, our swimsuits and grabbed the backpack that we had prepared with sunglasses, thermal glasses (it was essential to bring them) and other things.

First day: It was a very big shock to see so many people naked (I would say almost 95%, the remaining 5% dressed like us). It took us until sunset to take off our clothes (it was on the jacuzzi beds), and then it was all very natural since everyone is naked.

Room: We booked the simplest one (Garden View) we don't need more than that since we only use it to sleep, change and bathe. If you are in the swinger scene and you like to have private parties you may want something bigger.

Pools: There are 2 pools, the new and larger one is where all the events and playmakers are , we noticed that in the middle of the pool and in the pool bar the crowd is socializing a lot of the time, something that we for language reasons ( We speak Spanish and very little English and the large crowd was English speaking) it was very difficult for us to do it, it did not last more than a few words and nothing more (no one wants to waste time trying to understand each other and it is logical), we never had a problem To get a place by the pool, always reserving it early (before 9 AM), the beds were all for the Premiere . The other pool (the old one) is much smaller and is always with very few people, no more than 10 couples around, I want to highlight that in this pool we had no problems getting affectionate in a discreet way, although we have seen many blowjobs in it. edge of the pool. Here we never had a problem getting a bed, we always reserved the same one, it was our place for five days, the other 2 were in the main pool (the first day, and the day of the Foam party ). On those days we left our things there and spent part of the day between one pool and the other, depending on the activities of the playmakers at the main pool.

Beach: There is a lot of sargassum, I don't know what it will be like in another season of the year, although in the morning they try to remove it, it constantly fills up. The reservation of beds or loungers is made in the quiet pool, we never had a problem getting a bed near the volleyball court, those that are next to the sea are exclusive to the main rooms, although at sunset they can be used, once unoccupied To clarify, sex in those beds is very common and at sunset they all fill up to have sex. Drinks: The bartenders are all very good, especially Antonio from the main pool bar (he makes some exquisite spicy cocktails, he has a bottle of tequila with chilis prepared by him).

Buffet meals: lots of variety and all top-notch

Dinners in theme restaurants: (Eros, Salho , and Suki ) the Mexican was not inaugurated, the food is in steps and is really excellent. You have to reserve at noon on the same day for any of them at the Eros reception, we never had problems getting a place (there are many times available every half hour from 6 PM to 9:30 PM)

Theme Nights at the Lobby Bar: They were all incredible, the clothes we wore were fully in keeping with the atmosphere, the first days the majority participated in one way or another and the last ones it was an atmosphere of people averaging 50 years old or older, with less participation and less people dancing. When the music from the DJ or the live group ends (depending on the night) they invite you to go to the Night club, in our case it was the old one because the new one had not yet opened.

Night Club: Not all the crowd goes, a large part goes directly to socialize in the Jacuzzi.
It was always very lively, since it is quite small and the Playroom ... every night was full, it was like literally being in a pornographic movie, there was everything and everything happened. We used it the last three days, since the previous ones we didn't get excited (it was a shame we didn't get excited before, since we really enjoyed it)

Jacuzzi: In the afternoon 5 PM, after the pool it is more of the same, people socializing inside the Jacuzzi and some beds with PDA. At night after the show, like in the afternoon, people socializing, and as the hours go by the atmosphere begins to heat up a little, all the beds occupied with sex, some inside the jacuzzi and sometimes Women's games. We really enjoyed sex in bed late at night.

Resort Staff: Simply spectacular, each and every one of them without exception.

Sales Staff: They have not bothered us at all, in the afternoon they go out to look for clients for massages or tattoos, but they were never insistent.

Pizza Stand: at night from 10 PM to 4 AM, in the old Lobby bar they serve Pizzas, don't miss them and have fun with the raccoons and don't feed them. I think he's in the New Lobby now, we don't know.

Swinger Environment : People are very respectful in general, if you don't want to participate, no one is going to insist on you. If you want to swap, just socialize a little or find the right partner and ask to join in the jacuzzi or playroom area . If you show yourself in sexy clothes at the night show and you are friendly and uninhibited, the offers will appear by themselves.

Tips: Wear plenty of sunscreen, don't forget the thermal glasses, let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere (don't waste time getting naked if that's what you want to do), Participate in all the theme nights (it's a lot of fun to do) , Don't give false expectations to another couple if you don't want to interact (you have to understand the signs), Don't drink too much, because you miss the best "the night" and fully enjoy what the Resort offers you.

Conclusions: 7 days seemed pretty good to us, you end up exhausted if you don't want to miss anything (as a beginner we didn't want to miss anything). Now for us Desire Rivera Maya is the best place in the world, a unique paradise on the planet. and the place that we will always choose as our intimate vacation destination. We are already planning to return soon.
