Sorry in advance for the long trip report. But I like to be detailed and I remember how beneficial it was when I was new and was reading the more lengthy trip reports.

My wife and I just got back from our second stay at Desire RM (9-16-9/20). We are 35 and 36, and not in the lifestyle BUT have certainly enjoyed lifestyle adjacent things in our 2 trips there.

9/16- Arrived 9/16 about 11am. Check in was a breeze. Was offered the membership presentation, but declined since we already went thru it and felt their offer wasn’t worth it to waste an hour especially since we weren’t planning on becoming members. Got changed and walked the grounds since this was our first time seeing Eden since it was completed. It was literally dead. I remember my wife and I thinking what happened to this place? There’s no one here! We decided to grab some lunch and by the time we finished there were quite a few more guests and by 1 almost every chair was full. So that was a relief. So we laid there and just people watched with my wife in her skimpy micro bikini. She didn’t have the guts to go topless or nude yet. We’ve learned we start slow over the week we’re there. At 3 our room was ready so we got everything situated, came back out for a bit, then came back to the room to get ready for dinner. We had made a reservation at Sahlo and it was very good. Didn’t dress up for “what’s your emergency theme night”, but made our way to the Melange bar to listen to the music and do a little people watching. After the show we headed up to the disco for a few minutes but had one thing on our mind so we made a b line for the playroom. We learned last time that we like to watch and be watched but more on that later. Went back to the room and knocked out.

9/17- We told ourselves we would work out this trip so we both hit the gym pretty early, then breakfast buffet after that. We then just went to the beach beds and relaxed for a bit because I had previously booked the provoke photo shoot at 12 that day. So we went back and got prepped for that. We brought 2 lingerie pieces for my wife to wear. Vanessa was great taking photos. My wife was really apprehensive and not excited for the shoot ahead of time, but Vanessa made her extremely comfortable and I knew my wife was feeling herself. Originally expecting to spend about $600, I originally had a little sticker shock, but because we were doing the presentation for $200 off and a small book, she said we could do the $1,125 package which included a small book and they would do one medium book of 60 photos instead of 2 small ones. I honestly couldn’t get my wallet out fast enough after seeing the pictures. My wife was STUNNING! Again, it is pricey so be prepared but it was so worth it. Our only problem was that we didn’t have anyone to show them to as our stay at Desire was completely secret from anyone back home.

After all was said and done, we went back to the room and got ready for dinner at Eros with an Italian menu. Had dinner, made a FaceTime call to our little back home, then headed out to the melange bar to listen to music and people watch again. That night was neon night which we both dressed up for, and my wife looked sexy as ever. We stayed for the show but before we headed up to the disco and playroom my wife said her stomach was a little uneasy so we skipped it and headed back for an early night. I can’t complain, I was pulling 2 and 3 a days everyday of our trip.

9/18- Woke up and worked out again, then breakfast. Then we had our presentation at 9. We had the same saleswoman from our last visit. She pretended she remembered us, but I’m sure it shows in our file that she already tried before. It went on for an hour throwing all sorts of numbers and offers around before we said it was tempting (it is but it’s also $10k on the low end with ideally 50% down) but politely declined. We got out of there, got our photo book from the lobby, and sat out by the pool for a couple hours before getting ready for our erotic massage at 1.

Got to the spa at 1 where they had us change into robes, then led us to our massage room that now has the jacuzzi in room. In the old spa they were two separate rooms. We sat in the jacuzzi for 30 min building up the anticipation. When our massage therapists came in we both tipped them ahead of time. My wife had Julio, who she had last time and she told him she wanted to come (we can’t remember for sure if she did the first time). It turns out he took that as a challenge that I somewhat regretted. After we left the spa and worked through all of “it”, we went to lunch, made a last minute reservation for 6:30 at Suki, and went to the quiet pool this time where we both stripped down. It’s a little easier to do it with less pressure at the quiet pool. Stayed there for a few hours and got ready for our early reservation.

Showed up at 6:30 for the Hibachi show and were sat next to 2 couples traveling together from Atlanta. They became known as the Atlanta 4 to us. There was about a 10-12 year age gap between us and them, but honestly we weren’t phased. They were super friendly and quite honestly the first time anyone has really engaged us in much conversation in 2 trips. We generally don’t mind since we’re not in the LS, are there for each other, and kind of keep to ourselves in general. But it was nice to have them be so welcoming to us. The conversation flowed really easily while we ate. As we talked throughout dinner, the provoke photography was brought up and my wife and I looked at each other like this is our chance. We were itching to show SOMEONE our pics and what better a place to show than Desire?! So my wife handed her phone over as the 2 wives scrolled and kept “ooh’ing and awe’ing” while the husbands looked over their shoulder. They were definitely impressed. And suddenly, we became a lot closer with them and the conversation just flowed. I guess that’s what showing explicit pictures will do! We finished dinner and we all said we’d meet back a little later once we could FaceTime back home and every one could change into their theme night apparel. When we came back out we didn’t see them, but just vibed for the rest of the night at the melange bar taking in the show and music. But we were so relieved of that pressure having shown someone our photos so we were riding high. Having not caught up with the Atlanta 4, we kind of assumed they did their own thing which we totally understood.

We went up to the playroom where another couple walked in in front of us, thinking ok this is going to be pretty good. I was wrong. As my wife and I got undressed and started kissing, I glanced over and that couple was still dressed sitting still on the bed kitty corner from us literally like they were waiting for a bus. 6/19- Up until this point, every morning it rained to varying degrees but this morning it poured! And being from California we are not used to the rain like that! Lol so we got a slow start but headed to Eros restaurant for breakfast rather than the buffet we had had every day before. We were seated and 5 minutes after being seated, the Atlanta 4 were sat a table away from us. We gave them their space, figuring they wanted to keep to themselves since we assumed that’s what they were doing last night. By the end of the breakfast though, I had to scoot over and tell our playroom story and ask for their advice since they’re in the lifestyle. Once again, they were all reassuring that that isn’t normal or ok. Again told us that we should just say “hey we’re good” or simply just move beds or leave entirely. We were really appreciative because they’re the only ones with lifestyle experience that we know that we can talk to about stuff like this. They offered for us to stay if we wanted to talk more but we still felt like we were intruding on their time together. Probably should have stayed since we did click so well but we didn’t want to be “that couple” that can’t take a hint.

So we waited for the rain to end before heading to the pool, got our chairs, and got in the pool for literally the first time all trip (yeah kind of sad to admit that). We were there for a while just hanging on the side of the pool just my wife and I enjoying ourselves. Then the Atlanta 4 popped up again in a cabana behind our chairs. We had waved and one of the couples got in the water and mingled with people while the other couple stayed laying in the cabana. We enjoyed ourselves in the pool and foam party before getting out and laying in the sun. Eventually went up to the jacuzzi for the first time. Our first day it was pretty cold and the other days it seemed kind of scummy so we skipped it until that point. Everyone started to leave the pool and head for the jacuzzi including the Atlanta 4. They saw us and came and sat with us and just continued a lot of the conversation that we had started the previous day. Eventually someone started releasing ducks with little sexual tasks on the bottom. One of the 2 females of the Atlanta 4 got a duck that said spank someone so to my surprise my wife volunteered and asked if she wanted to spank her. Over dinner we kept talking, my wife and I asking them lifestyle questions, and just having a good time telling stories on both sides. They even talked about taking turns fulfilling fantasies amongst the 4 of them when they get together. At the end of dinner they asked us what we had planned for the rest of the night. We said nothing in particular, but would tag along with them if they’d have us so we all decided to change and be back at the melange bar around 10.

9/20- Nothing to report on the last day. We all know that sad feeling of leaving paradise. And we didn’t run into any of the Atlanta 4, but at the airport my wife did get a text from the wife from the night before saying how hot the play session was. At that point, we realized these people really want to be our friends even though we’re younger, live across the country, and aren’t even entirely in the LS. Before we knew it, there was a group chat with the 6 of us created. Hoping this will keep the sexiness of Desire alive until the next time we’re able to head back. But couldn’t imagine it with any other group of people.

So that’s our trip report. All in all, a great trip and way more eventful than our previous trip. My only complaint about the resort is their playroom since we had two bad experiences there with those voyeurs (who were also there the last night but luckily had other couples to ogle instead of us) and way too many people just standing around or talking and laughing. I know it sounds crazy but almost have a bouncer or someone to make sure the room doesn’t get too crowded or rowdy. That last night there were easily 50 people in there. That’s just way too much in that small of an area to keep a sexy environment.
