Trip report(first time Desire couple) from June - week one

Postby Omahacouple » Wed Jun 10, 2009 8:51 am

Ok…this is a trip review from a first time Desire couple. I will be as honest as I can.

First off, the trip was spectacular. We would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend all loving couples to do the same. My wife and I had probably the most romantic and most erotic time of our entire life. We have never been to a clothing optional resort NOR are we swingers…although we were and are open to new experiences with others should they naturally occur.

Desire is for ALL couples. This means swingers and non-swingers alike. If you are a non-swinger you don’t need to be in the areas where swinging takes place. That being said we did see one couple and it appeared like the wife was not really into the “Desireâ€

Good for you guys ! Sounds like your time together was amazing. :D

Thanks so much for taking the time to report on your experiences. We will be sure to do so, as well, when we get back in a couple weeks.

Let us know when you are rebooking for next year. We are thinking the 1st week in May 2010.

Cheers,

Omahacouple- you just can't beat the anticipation and excitement of that first Desire experience. But it sounds like you two really "got it"- what Desire is all about- so
in many other ways your future Desire trips will only get better !

Wow! Great report Omaha. Now the withdrawl symptoms of not being at Desire are much worse. We think we know how to cure that problem.

Great report, thanks! (beach area question)

Postby landedesire » Fri Jun 12, 2009 11:49 am

Hi guys,

Thanks so much for the informative report. It does really sound like you two got it, and I am so happy to hear that you allowed Desire to be what it is, instead of trying to make it something it is not! There are many who do that, and unfortunately they MISS the whole experience.

A question about the beach area: On a few recent trip reports people were mentioning that there are starting to be many, many guests from other resorts milling around causing it to be a bit uncomfortable for us on the beach naked. What is your take on this, any issues? We will be there at the end of July and can't wait....thanks!

We spent hours on the beach...both on the beds, walking naked up and down the Desire property and even getting our swimwear on and walking a few miles in each direction beyond the resort.

It was virtually empty of people....I mean really empty.

Every once in awhile you would see a guy jogging along the beach...of course slowing down a lot on the Desire beachfront to get an eyeful...or you would see a couple from another resort strolling by in their swimwear (no doubt wishing they could strip down)...but it was rare and barely noticable.

Thanks so much! We were there last year early Oct. and it was just beautiful and only a handful of "beach lookers" LOL....It may also be that the area is still not up to "regular" occupancy due to the flu scare recently. Either way, we will be sure to enjoy ourselves fully!

Omahacouple - I would love to hear more about your beach walking. We are huge fans of this activity and plan on doing it. We just have a very difficult time lying around on the beach all day.

So, which way is "better" (North or South)? Did you get to Puerto Morelos via the beach? If so, how long did it take you? Do you happen to know the names of the resorts you walked past, if you indeed did walk past any?

Oh, and I hope you waved and said hello to the passerbys on the Desire beach. lol!

Beach Walk

Postby Darcy » Fri Jun 19, 2009 8:11 pm

Hi Miranda, We also love to beach walk. We walked to Puerto Morales and it was approx. 5 miles, it took maybe 2.5 hours. We took small packs with water and I wore a hat and something to cover up with as the sun got too much. We roamed around the cute town and then took a taxi back to Desire for $10.00 USD. I highly recommend the walk. Going South is also fun, but can't go as far as you will encounter mangroves and a difficult area to navigate. Darcy

Miranda, I should have typed "going NORTH is also fun" (walking toward Cancun). Darcy
