What a Week! Returned home 3 days ago. This was our 4th. Trip and each has been better than the last.
The new Disco was a treat. It is so much more comfortable. Nice round couch/beds to relax or have nice conversations or whatever. The bar itself is so much better..You don't have that closed in feeling.
Aw...the playroom is awesome!!! Not to light not to dark. Very conducive to...well play! This may sound odd but we have to say that even the bathrooms are finally classy.
We are beach people. Were so worried that the beach would not be what we have always loved, not to worry, it is a not quite as wide as it was but you can walk down the beach both directions without running into muck or seaweed. Just beautiful white sand.
We also thought the lack of curtains was nice because that nice breeze could be felt so much better.
The pool was nice. The temperature was just right. We wen't there often but for all of you that are pool people it was plain to see everyone was having a blast!
Food was better than the last 3 times. The lunch buffet was really good with,we think, longer hours.
Oh yes let's not forget the hot tub!!! So much fun was had there. We have never been to a 43 week but thanks to Paula and Gary we had our own rules. They worked out well.
The staff as always were great! C.C. And Africa were just as welcoming worm and the absolute best at what they do. Laura and Eric mission accomplished. They appreciated the complement. We made sure they new it was from you.
Carlos is amazing...never forgets a thing. George also fun at the hot tub bar.
We know we are forgetting other amazing service givers but they all are a big part of what makes this place stand out from any other!
Gary and Sandy. May we always remain children. Hope to see you at Sandyhook next summer. We can play in the Sand;)
Princess and Queen. We think the jury is in as to if you need braces or not to be a great kisser.
Carla and Edwardo. "Don't let your mind control your body.
Ron and his lovely Lady. Thank you for sharing your wonderful music with us. We will enjoy your c.d. For years to come!
Earnie (the teamster) and his Pretty Lady. Keep love alive.
Beth and John. So much fun and we learned the great importance of "Ask, Ask, Ask!
Lisa and Chris. Enjoyed so much our conversations at the beach beds. Wish we would have asked;)
Pete and Carol. Forgive us our trespasses!
Paula and Gary. Thank you for making our last night the best. Hope that sometime more of our day's overlap. Knew we would have fun your 1st day at the lobby bar.
Now we are home. No more clubs, nightlife or extracurricular activities. We are back to what centers us--our best friends (each other) and our family. Thanks to all of you who tolerated our occasional bad behavior (well maybe more than occasional), and let us come out and play.
Sharon and David
