I notice a lot of people talking about watered down of the drinks. Okay maybe, maybe not but sitting in the beautiful sun, warm weather and fun activity, not to mention a bit of pre-relief from a hangover, I see it as a small little blessing to know that I am getting more water than I probably would consciously. Just keep them coming and maintain a good buzz. A well hydrated body has a lot of benefits for the enjoyment of the activities...I'm not a doctor, but that is what I've heard and also if you need me to take a look, I will be glad to oblige
