From the instant we stepped into the resort until we left all the staff were attentive, smiling and nothing was too much effort. so firstly we would like to thank all the staff we came into contact with for there friendly help and support and you are all a credit. Special thanks must go to Candido and Victor for the fun, service and for making us very welcome. In fact we enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked again for next year but for longer this time.
The overall atmosphere is relaxing, fun and very sensuous, backed up with a very professional team. Evening entertainment was well planned and lots of fun and energy. This is the first holiday that we have really truly felt sad to leave. But we will be back next year! only 355 days to go xx

So glad you enjoyed your trip! Candido was our absolute favorite staff member! He made us laugh and made us feel so welcome! Nothing was ever a bother to him. We can't wait to see him next year and will ask to be seated in his section for every breakfast and lunch!
