Once at the resort, we were quickly registered and showed to our room. There was a mention of the time share but we told them we were tired from the trip and would talk to them later. We were then showed our room; which was extremely clean.
The two weeks at the resort was a pleasure the staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. The bartenders Abraham, Jesus, Fransisco, Edmundo, Robert and the rest were all extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The beach bar had CC and Africa who were always smiling and had drinks ready before we knew we wanted them.
- The food was good and the service great at all of the restaurants. The only complaint was hoping for more authentic Mexican food.
- The entertainment staff always had a smile and were fun to be around.

Went to the time share sale's pitch, Shorty (Shark) did his pitch and then passed us off to ? (Barracuda) only took about 1/2hr and it was worth listening to, we did not find anything to high pressure. Also if you are closer and can go on a regular basis worth listening to.
The whole experience was positive for the both of us. The sex at the hot tub was way better than at Hedo, the beach activities was more inclusive at Desire vs Hedo. The bars are 10 times better at Desire vs Hedo. We are not hard core swingers but found it easier to meet people at Desire than Hedo.
The only issue with Desire is the cost vs Hedo. With the Canadian dollar so low it is expensive for Canadians, hoping they do a different exchange rate
We will go back to Desire for sure, the only issue is the cost with the Canadian dollar falling so low.
