We've been to the resort probably 15 times.
I write this only to say how obvious it was to us that so many of they employees were scared of management.
We love the resort. It used to be for the sexy environment only. Now its both that and the employees we continue to see.
If we all keep coming back and enjoy it, why fix what isn't broken?
I think they need to lighten up some.
And as for the people who are outside working when its 100 degrees...is a necktie really necessary ??

Forgive me but this is a strange post. The subject - Feb 2017 - could hardly be any less descriptive and the text of the post sounds kind of like the dreaded "Vaguebook" post. The ones that just say something like "What a terrible day I just had" - hoping for friends to ask for more details.

Are you asking a question? Sending a message to management? Are employees not taking off their neckties because they are afraid of management? I'm so confused...
