Read on here somewhere before about USA Transfers to get to resort. How do we get in touch w/ them? And are they good?

Hi Leo...we have used this company many times and are booked again for this April to travel from Desire to the Isla Mujeres ferry and return. They are great!

Just returned last week from Desire and used USA Transfers.
Excellent service, on time and the vehicles were almost new and in good shape.And for the $60 round trip below competition...

We just returned from our first trip to RM and used USA Transfers. All I can say is book them online, print your confirmations and then don't worry. They are easy to find at the airport, well organized, punctual, high quality and friendly. You're looking for a comfortable, efficient airport transfer and they do an excellent job!

On our last trip to Desire Pearl we had to go searching for the USA Transfer rep. There were lots of other companies who had their people with their signs up but ours didn*t. Once we found him, though, it was pretty smooth sailing to the resort, although he did think we were going to Desire RM (he turned into DRM and had to turn around) and not Pearl.

We have always used USA Tranfers and have had great service!

Just returned from DRM and used USA Transfers for the first time. Agree with not being able to find the rep right away, but when the other transfer people come up to us and asked, and we said USA Transfer, they pointed us to where we should wait for him, and it took just a few minutes for him to show up. Once we found him, it was exactly as expected. Load up, go to resort, pay the driver the fee (if you booked a return, you pay that as well). Our pick up was 4:45, and the driver was there at 4:42. Total cost: $60

We need to book our transfers to Desire Resort Riviera Maya. How do we know which destination to choose? I don't see Riviera Maya listed.

Bahia Petempich. When you make the reservation for an airport transfer it will ask the name of your hotel. We used them in October and they were awesome!

Book USA Transfers to Desire Riviera Maya

For any Canadians, we just booked with Canada transfers (I know, I know, not the company under discussion) and they will accept Canadian Dollar at par. That's a decent amount of savings with a sinking dollar. It is $55 return trip from airport to Desire RM.

USA Transfers also accept Canadian at par. We have used them every trip to Cancun and cannot rave enough about them. We also are throwing in the 1 hour stop at Walmart for an extra $30. $95 for four people return inc. a 1 hour stop is an awesome price!
