On the nice days, the "cold side" was much more refreshing to get in to and the "warm side" was too warm imo. But when the clouds and wind came in, neither side was very comfortable. The foam party was likely the windiest day there and, unless you were sitting directly in front of the jets at the bar, the "warm side" was freezing and the heater is not meant to keep up with that kind of cold and windy environment (and the foam was as much in the jacuzzi as it was in the pool lol). By now, I am sure that it feels warm every day and will continue to until the winter rolls around again.

Hey B&B, we just got back last night after spending 10 days at Pearl. The side with the bar was warm, and the cool (quiet side) was in the low 80's, which was refreshing on the hot days we had there.
We didn't talk to everyone on the quiet side, we stayed on one of the beds on the far end (middle left bed looking from the pool towards the beds). Where were you located?

We were the second to last set of pool chairs (not beds). We left there on the 22nd late morning so we may have missed you. Most days, the "warm side" was very warm but we found the "cold side" to be more enjoyable. The only day that we didn't find the "warm side" to be warm was the Sunday the 21st. It was cool and windy all day and the heater just could't seem to catch up. My wife and a few other ladies parked themselves in front of the warm jets at the bar but we gave up and moved to the jacuzzi with the crowd lol.
No complaints really. Just an observation.

We spoke to Mgmt, they lied to us and every guest multiple times. They finally had an announcement on 12/5 that it was fixed and would take some time to warm up. They ran a hose from the Hot Tub to the Pool to try and get it up to temp on 12/5.
The Pool Party was held in the Hot Tub, which was super fun, as the Pool was ice cold.
When no one is in the pool and all on their lounge chairs it made socializing extremely difficult, pool bar was empty, and the pool entertainment was cut short or just plain canceled. It 100% affected our trip and everyone was cranky about it. Even the Hot Tub was luke warm and the jets were never turned on.
Lots of people asked to be transferred to RM, no one was offered to switch that we are aware of.
