Super Bowl Week

We'll be at Pearl dsuring the weekend of the Super Bowl (2026). While we've been to Desire (Pearl & RM) many times, we've never been while the Super Bowl is on. Has anyone been there then, and what was it like? We'd love to hear about it.

We were there years ago when the 49ers played the Chiefs. Everything was done around the pool. They had a very large screen outdoors to watch the game. Tables were set up all around the pool, long tables, some high tops. They did pretty much American food, kinda like if you were at a backyard barbecue. Playmakers all dressed up in cheerleading uniforms, and the guys wearing just shoulder pads and shorts. Our personal opinion is that we wouldn’t hesitate to go again during Super Bowl. We thought it was a lot of fun. Hope that helps.

We were there during superbowl in 2023 - they made a huge effort that day and evening, which was a bit overwhelming for us English folk who know nothing about American football. It wasn't like a Desire evening. Luckily Valentine's Day later in the week restored the normal Desire atmosphere!
