Does Pearl meet their guests at airport? If so, how much do they charge (one way and round trip)?

No, they do not. We used USA travel and the cost round trip was about $60 for the two of us. The met us at the airport with a sign with our name and we had private transportation. It was quick; the driver was entertaining/spoke English; and they were there on time for our return trip. Highly recommended!

If you click on the USA Transfers logo below it will take you right to the booking page for both Desire Riviera Maya and also Desire Pearl - same price for either location !
