How can we learn more about evening meal times, menus, etc? Certainly we are looking forward to many aspects of our first visit

How can we learn more about evening meal times, menus, etc? Certainly we are looking forward to many aspects of our first visit but we always look forward to a great dinner as a high point of our day.

You choose your own time and the menu is great but I would alternate between restaurants!
