The sushi bar is on the outside terrace as you walk up the stairs to the roof top. It's a small, intimate restaurant area inside - not many tables, and most of them are for 2.
Hubby doesn't eat fish but he did manage to find a couple of things on the menu that he could enjoy.
I thought everything I had was delicious and the service was impeccable (as it always is when we visit Desire resorts)
