Where are the quiet rooms for when you need to chill?

Postby Thrill Seekers » Sat Jul 20, 2019 12:38 am

Hey
We are a couple of newbies to Pearl. We plan to get into the pool, hot tub :bj , and disco scenes, but when its time to chill we would like a room in a quieter area.
I've been reading the different post and it sounds like there is a lot of construction going on, on top of certain areas of the resort naturally being louder at all hours.
Is there a certain area or building we should request?

Thanks.

Sea Star is the furthest away from the noise and closest to the beach... Dolphin is next furthest...and then Sea Shell. If you're looking for quiet side of the resort these are the buildings to target.

As for construction, I think they were doing construction near those buildings for employee quarters, but THINK they're finished. I believe the only construction going on right now is the mansion. I'm not really sure if any of the buildings are too affected by that though.

Others hopefully chime in with their thoughts and recent updates on the construction.

We were in the Sea Shell villa and were not disturbed by any noise from the mansion build in June. We have never had a problem with noise in any of the rooms we had stayed in, if there is any noise, turn the A/C Fan to continuous. We like the Seahorse villa, its in the middle of the action and great views.

Funny you say that. My wife insisted on the same quiet place but on our first trip we were put in a room right over the jacuzzi. At first she complained lividly. Then a glass or two of Chardonnay later and we were having great sex on the balcony while watching the others do the same below us. It’s weird how this happens but it seems to happen to everyone there. First shy and timid then sexually in fire. Every trip back she has requested that same room and has complained if we did not get it!

If you have the sliding door closed and the air conditioner running you really don’t notice noise outside your room. Those coming back to their rooms might be the most you hear if they are still partying. Around sun rise, if the sliding door is open you will enjoy the gentle sounds of the surf, maybe a murmur of a worker quietly greeting another, an occasional clink of glass as a bartender is setting up at the pool bar .... a very pleasant way to begin your new day.
