We will be making our first trip to Desire. Can anyone offer some insights on recommended tipping? Also we are planning on doing the Art of Touch, its my understanding they work for tips alone. What is the customary tip for this class? Thanks in advance.

We did $20. Have no idea if that was generous or cheap. Saw many tip 0 so 20 seemed fair.

For Richard and Lauren’s massage, I would suggest instead of thinking about what might be fair, you think of it differently. What did you get from it, what was it worth for the two of you to learn or experience what you did. Was it $5 you’d give the bartender for a couple of drinks, $20 you’d give a waiter for a $100 dinner. I gave a lot more because I felt it was worth it, and frankly I know a lot of people give nothing. Anyway those are just my personal thoughts.

I tipped $100 for their workshop. They live off the tips. I appreciate the work they do on their podcast. So it was more about supporting them than providing a fee for a service.

Wife and I go to both workshops, is a big reason we go to Desire. I always give them a 100 for each and they don't want to take it the second day. My wife just tells them that if they don't need it give it to someone who does. They are awesome people and like I mentioned, a big reason we love Desire.

We tipped 20 for the art of touch our first time- which was a guess and all we brought with us (no pockets!). Would have brought more if we’d realized how wonderful it was. We were heartbroken they weren’t there this August...
