For those of you that are thinking about booking pearl (DONT) until the construction of the mansions are done. I’m currently here at the shell building this is my 5 night and it’s impossible to sleep in the morning. Is really a shame that Pearl Management would even think about booking this building for guest. Just ask yourself if you were going on a vacation and I told you that your room was next to a construction zone (5 feet away) would you stay? And I almost forgot, all the noise is not just in the morning, you have the pleasure to listen to that shit in the afternoon too. Just hoping some of you don’t make the same mistake we made

What building are most affected? I thought i had read on here that most was complete or close. That would certainly suck to have that going on. We are in the basic rooms octwk 1 so think we should be ok? Any tips on quietest areas to try and get placed?

Sorry to hear you had problems. We all get so excited for short trip there ..would be totally bummed if it went sideways on us.

We were there in June in the Dolphin next door and never had any problems with noise, they were doing steel, concrete work and digging and never had a problem. We keep our fan on continuous and are usually out by 8:30AM and back at 6-7PM.

We were in Dolphin in August and it wasn't terrible but it was present and something you had to hear/think about, whether in the room or walking along the main sidewalk (along with the seaweed smell).

Stay in Seahorse or the other buildings towards the party side to avoid it.
