Hello,
I will be doing pre check in 15 days before we go to Pearl
I would love some room/building suggestions. We have reservations for an ocean view room. I need first floor/ground floor due to joint issues and would like to be away from any construction if possible. Also are all of the patios covered?

We always request the Seahorse. Several first level ocean view rooms and the seahorse is in the middle of the resort, a very nice location!

36 or35. Right by pool and a awesome location.

We always try for rooms 31 or 36 for lack of stairs and central to the resort.

My understanding of the mansion location is that it is right near this area though. Should be of minor consequence as it’s back of house at the resort. Lounge in the beach and at the pool to avoid room noise mid day or choose villa 1-8 or 9-19 and ask for ground floor minimal stair units.

Thank you all for the replies and suggestions! Stairs and I at the moment are just not friends. It's a bummer too because I really think I would love a balcony. So be it!

First the walkways are Not covered, if it rains they can be slippery. The staff works to clear them off, but small puddles are left. There are umbrellas in the rms. The Shell villa is closest to the mansion work. We have been in the Seahorse and Dolphin villas during the construction and have not had a problem with noise in the rooms.
