I like to try to bring some little gifts for the Pool staff - the guy that assigns the chairs and beds and the pool bartenders. If you have been recently, do you remember their names?

You must be thinking of Victor for the pool chairs? He's the best!!

This may be too late of a response for your Nov 16 trip, but:

Main Pool attendant is Victor, Horacio and Antonio are his assistants.

Pool servers are Miguel and Vicente.

Bartenders move around. There's Julio, Ricardo, Emilio, Abdias, Jairo, and Eddy to name a few.
