Where is this new restaurant located? Did it replace one of the other restaurants?

That is odd! The Desire-Pearl. com site lists ‘JADE’ rather than Suki, and the internet archive says the same for August 5 of this year, but it was definitely Suki when we visited in late August!

Admin Note:
That is because you are not looking at the official Desire website - the one your referenced is a fake website owned by a Travel Agent and usually has seriously wrong information on it !!!

The official Original Resorts website is: official Desire Pearl website

The new Suki is great. We ate there 4 of the 9 nights we were there. The spring rolls are the best but we did notice that on one of the nights we ate there, it was different than the other 3. Most likely different cook on duty. But the resort overall did a better job securing qualified chefs for each of their restaurants since our earlier visit last April. The food last month was improved on many fronts.

We really enjoyed Suki as well. Went for sushi one night as an appetizer on the way to aphrodite. they do enforce the dress code...our friends had to return to their room so she could put on something more appropriate !
