Hello

Does Pearl offer any Tequila Lessons or demonstrations? How to make the worlds best Margurita?

There is nothing that removes clothing better than tequila.

We have only been to Pearl once and there was nothing offered during our visit that we were aware of. We did attend a Tequila tasting at RM during one of our visits there. It was during the day in one of the restaurants hosted by one of the head bartenders. They offered 4 or 5 different types of Tequila paired with food items that helped to bring out the flavors. We both enjoyed it very much and bought several different bottles to bring home with us. The staff packed our purchases for travel for us and delivered to our room prior to our departure.

We had an impromptu tequila lesson at the pool bar one day. We missed out on getting loungers with shade so we parked on the stools on the beach side of the pool bar (which is shaded in the afternoon) and started talking to the bartender about tequila. He offered us shots of the various kinds they had - which was admittedly limited of course - but he did tell us about the different kinds and the differences between them. It was fun and we got a good buzz.

Not an organized event certainly but points out that there are lots of options for things!

When we were at Pearl in August, we were approached at dinner by the... sommelier maybe is the word? He offered a wine tasting on the pier, said he could do tequilla instead. We decided not to spend our money or time budget at Pearl that way, but it is an option. The bartenders shared some tips about mescal with us, that was good.

We did the tequila tasting on the pier and it was really fun! We brought along another couple and we all really enjoyed it. They paired each tequila (and one mezcal) with different ceviches and it was way better than we thought it would be. Plus it was something vanilla that we could tell people we did on vacation!

That last is an excellent point! Our trip reports to family tend to be... vague.
