would anyone have information on their stay at the Mansion? It would be nice to hear more about what it is like. the rooms and other amenities have been somewhat hidden(just not much info) even to members and buyers.

The rooms are nice but not off the charts. The lobby and pool area are very nice. You can feel sort of excluded from the rest of the place. The food there was fairly good but not off the charts - and you can't bring in guests from the outside to join you for dinner. Put simply - we were expecting playboy mansion and it feels more like a 5 star hotel. That was a bit of a bummer for us. So far I'd say it wasn't worth the money.

Denvercouple2015, Was suppose to be there April 8-15, moved it to Sept, I have heard the same comments. Was the mansion sin rm used much? And I thought you could bring one couple over. Or was it just a restaurant restriction?

We were guests (with 3 other couples) of a couple who owned the Royal Suite on three occasions and the SO with a different mansion guest (a few times) in January. The accommodations are no doubt 5 star, the internal courtyard with the pool and bar was also awesome. We used the playroom and it is VG. I think they did a very good job making it a special place. We didn't eat there, but our guests stated the dining room was pretty quiet. However, if it was on its' own, away from Pearl it could very well be the 'Playboy Mansion', but with everyone around the Pearl pool and jacuzzi, the mansion was absolutely dead. The mansion was apparently full occupancy, but they were all out with the Pearl 'common folk' enjoying the vibe. When our four couple group went over (during the general Pearl jacuzzi time), the bartender at the pool bar was so glad to see us, his only bar guests that afternoon.
It was a cool experience to see and enjoy the mansion, but the price tag our friends paid made us feel like royalty short of the vibe we all love going on outside the mansion. The marble flooring on the small humped bridge over the pool is very slippery with wet feet, even knowing this beforehand, one fell. The stairs going down in the courtyard to the pool are slippery when wet as well.
Glad we were guests there and enjoyed it 'as guests'. The idea of 'a mansion' was good, but the wrong plan in the middle of Pearl.
We have been guests at the condo's a few times each of the past few years and enjoyed these as well. Not quite as nice as the Mansion at Pearl, but the private pool and larger living room onto the pool makes for a great party atmosphere. Condo guests can get their meals delivered in or as most do, eat with friends at one of the restaurants.
my 2 cents

Thx for your update on the mansion. We were there in Feb and took a tour, looks like they have added anti slip strips on the little bridge. We are members, so have a terrific price. We plan to spend the day at the main pool/jacuzzi's, not looking for peace and quiet. Enjoy chatting and meeting new guests and friends and looking at palm trees and the the beach/ocean.
