book at trip then passports dont arrive

What is the policy if we book a trip and our passports are not here on time ? Can we put the trip off for later without penalty?

Desires policies are stated on your reservation confirmation that you where sent

ie: You are allowed to make 2 changes to your reservation; from the third change it will apply $80.00 USD fee each time

That is assuming that your make the change more than 30 days before you are due to arrive
