There is a certain after dinner drink that we enjoy that Desire does not have. If we brought a bottle, would they store it in the refrigerator of the Lobby Bar for us with our name on it so it doesn't get served to just anyone?

Yes, they do the same for me and will use your room# as Identification.

Yes, no problem, we've done it several times. The bellman will even store a partial bottle if you plan to return to the resort soon.
