Is there any other months or weeks when the rules are relaxed like in January toward the PDA/PDS and have generally a more liberal vibe/crowd?

So the august has its own website even: https://www.sexy-young-wild.com/ => but not sure what it all means

January is an ISM and so far we liked it more than other random times we came here for many years.

Then there is this page: https://www.desire-experience.com/events/ but its not clear what all those events mean.

It also seems that rules relaxation is kinda implicit and unofficial which makes it hard to figure out directly calling them

Ya. I don't think so.

We've been to Pearl over 20 times. Once in on a January trip several years ago, at orientation they told us we could have sex anywhere we wanted since it was January. However, they've never mentioned that again, since. I've asked for anyone who has gone this year to ask what the policy is these day, but nobody's answered, yet. I swear I'll ask next time we go in January, or August even. Until then we just don't know for sure.

We were at RM last week and were not told at check in that it was allowed anywhere. Someone we met there stated they specifically asked at check in and were told it was allowed anywhere. Upon giving her hubby a bj at the poolside bed she was told by security it was not allowed.

Uggh, I really wanted a poolside bed BJ!

I guess for now we'll have to settle for a hot tub bed BJ at Pearl. Those are really popular, by the way, and you can have those any month.

I wonder why security allows BJs at the hot tub, but not the pool?

disco? beach? bars?

How about sex while in the pool? Is that common?

That's one area where HedoII has transitioned for sure. Overt PDS poolside and on the beach is a regular occurrence. So at Pearl it's pretty much reserved for the Hot Tub area?
