Have read a number of posts/trip reports where the couples massage is described and it sounds like a great experience. We have also read where it is a great environment to "recruit" your own couple for a couples massage and that sounds like it might be its own type of fun!

We will be first timers at Pearl - anyone have any experience with either option? Does that conversation start in the Hot Tub?

We’re big fans of saving our money and asking new friends to help us out. The conversation can happen anytime you develop a connection with another couple. When you’re chatting people up in the pool or hot tub, just mention in passing what you’re looking for. I’m sure you’ll find some takers.

Nokidclub is right that you’ll find takers, and that would likely go well. That said, Ms SecretSmileToday really enjoyed our couples massage experience because it was so free of reciprocal expectations. No bad choices here, expect you’ll be happy either way!

Thanks for the feedback! This would be definitely be something we are interested in as we are newbies and likely fall on the softer side. Will be at Pearl July 9th -17th.
