Boring question....

Headed to Pearl 7/23. Haven't stayed in Mexico before so quick boring question - do I need to bring power adapter plugs to be be able to recharge my iphone/lap top, etc? Or are the power plugs the same as USA?

It's the same as US. No adapter needed

We have blown 4 iPhone charging ports over the years (lots of trips) to Cancun. We bought a travel surge protector several years ago and have not had a problem since.

I bring a USB charging brick and a small power strip as both offer surge protection for the laptops, phones, headphones, cameras, etc.
