Has anybody else had a problem with Desire Pearl not responding to emails? In the last 10 days I have sent seven emails none of which have received any attention. If the email referred to making a booking an immediate response would be made whereas because my emails refers to a deposit made last year Desire Pearl prefers to ignore them. Whilst I would be pleasantly surprised to receive a satisfactory outcome to my emails surely it is only common courtesy to reply to them.
Not an exciting post guys but just wondered if this was a common occurrence.
