The wife and I are planning on our first trip to Pearl most likely early next year and I keep seeing a lot of talk about many times that the seaweed can be bad. When is a typical good time to miss as much seaweed as possible?

At the beginning of the month it had begun to thin out - a lot of that could have been the hurricane sucking it out past the reef, but there were definite patches of azure mixed in to the beach itself.

I suspect it's better now than it was then.
