Does anyone have an "Official" online link for the required Health Questionaire or do you complete once you arrive. We found several 3rd party links but they suprise you at the end and want a fee !! Thanks

Thank you for posting this question. The most “official looking” link I’ve found is Vuela Seguro. That site was linked to by several US airlines as well as a few Mexican government sites (I think). I haven’t set up an account to try it yet, because our trip is still a bit too far out. I was planning on trying it at the same time I did the immigration and customs forms.

Have you tried that site yet? I hope somebody else can chime in with more info.

That's the site we use, very straight forward and you get a QR code for your phone. They didn't ask for it in July but we had it ready.

We had to show it for our departing flight from Cancun last month, but not for our arrival flight into Mexico.
