Finilazing Online Booking

Hi everybody

We're, aiming, to book our first stay at Pearl from March 4th till March 18 2022.

After finalizing everything though the website (flight + hotel), we're told that the amount has to be paid in full by credit card. Chat support confirmed us this.
The total amount is rather high to be paid by credit card.
Usually when we book our holidays, it's by wired transfer. So we're a tad boggled. XD

We've mailed the resort (through their contact form on the website), but no response so far.

We're wondering if it is indeed the only option or maybe there's a workaround / other option / something we're missing?

Doesn't sound right. We always pay 1 night as the deposit and the balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. You said online, but is it direct with the resort? I know when we first booked years ago there were various "travel agencies" that had various booking terms, perks, etc.

I just started a fake reservation at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and this is the message on the payment page:
"Credit Card Reservation
To reserve your room you need to make a Credit Card deposit. For this reservation, the minimum deposit required is a one night charge of $xxx"

...so, not sure what is happening with your reservation. Note that there is a "radio button" that allows you to pay minimum deposit (above), full payment, and a partial payment more than the minimum.

I think you are right, that any bookings via the Cyber sale do require payment in full - frankly there is not much if any savings using the Cyber sale - I think if you wait until the "cyber sale" is over it goes back to the normal pay the first night as a deposit and then balance due x number of days before you arrival date.

Here is the proof of that in the Cyber Sale "fine print"
