Agreed. Talk to him your 1st day and tell him where you like to be all week around the pool. He'll take care of you or do his best. It's always worked for us :)

He was on vacation Dec 5 -? We left Dec 10 and he was still away. He is fantastic but so are is partners that look after beds/cots around the pool.

Victor is fantastic and accommodating. Regardless of tips or being a member he is always very attentive. We hope he is there when we go back in Sept 2022. Saludos to Victor
