How does it work with dinner reservations. There’s clearly nothing online, should we call the resort ahead of time? Can you even make reservations?

They are made at Aphrodite in the morning of your dinner. Talk to the hostess!!

Make them at breakfast each day.

I grabbed a latte by the lobby and was at the door of Aphrodite at 7am when they opened and never once failed to get the reserv I wanted. It is a really beautiful time of the day.

What's the best way to handle dinner reservations if you're not an early riser? We like our morning fun before getting out of bed. On our first trip last summer, we had a butler, but he didn't offer and we didn't know he would make reservations for us and we ended up at Aphrodite every night. Definitely kind of a bummer.
