Scuba Options

It's been a while since we have been at Desire (2+ years), but they used to have Scuba options a the resort... Does any one know if scuba is still offered there? Boat typically leaves from Pearl from the pear. Thank you in advance.

We are here now & I have seen the scuba person walking the resort & around the pool. It shouldn't be to hard to find them.

My wife and I would like to hit up some dive sites in Cozumel and possibly Isla Mujeres, in addition to the sites nearby the resort. Has anyone dove at sites that far away while staying at Desire? I'm considering booking a night or two in Cozumel to avoid the ferry multiple times.

We are avid divers and love spending time in cozumel diving...but wouldnot think of doing it from desire as it burns up a lot of the day. expensive place and love enjoying the people and relaxing naked or close to it. To us, those are two different awesome vacations. Just our thing but if do dive, give a trip report...interested in what you can do and if you are 100% happy with it. Cheers

So the recommendation is to focus on one or the other or consider staying on Cozumel for a few days before desire? Seems like we would consider the second option for a 7-8 day trip.

yes dive in coz and have an amazing time diving

party naked at pearl and have an amazing time partying naked.

Split vacation works or two vacations, just our opinion not to fit both into desire time. cheers
